There were a lot of plants to choose from, which was nice. Not exactly everything I was hoping to find, but apparently we can’t have it all. Still, I found a few good options and it was a decent experience overall

I got these as an office gift and the plants looked really nice when they arrived. One of them did show up a little later than expected, which was kind of annoying, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. Overall, I think they worked well for what we needed.

I ordered a plant from leonandgeorge.com and it showed up looking like it had been through a rough trip. A couple of stems were broken, there was soil all over the inside of the box, and some of the leaves were already bent or torn before I even got it fully unpacked. I followed the unpacking instructions, but there wasn’t much I could do at that point. Weirdly, I remember there was soil stuck to one of the little care cards too, which kind of summed up the whole delivery. For the price, I really expected it to be secured better. Disappointing overall, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

I’m not totally confident in them yet. Every time something comes up, it feels like there’s some policy being used as the reason they can’t really help, and that gets frustrating fast. I’m not saying they’re terrible, but the trust just isn’t fully there for me right now...

I had a problem and, it was probably something I messed up on my end. Support still got it sorted fast, so I appreciate the help.

Overall, I had a smooth experience with Leon & George. The staff were professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made asking questions before ordering feel simple and not rushed. The delivery updates were clear too, so I always knew what was going on. My only gripe is that one reply took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal this time, but if that became the norm, I’d probably think twice about ordering again. Still, they were helpful and polite, so I’m giving them 4 stars.

I ordered from Leon & George because their customer satisfaction guarantee made me feel like I had some safety net if things didn’t work out. The plant looked okay when it arrived, but it started going downhill quickly. Support was nice enough, but the whole process felt slow and kind of unclear, and I started to feel trapped waiting to see what they would actually do. In the end, the guarantee didn’t really leave me feeling taken care of or satisfied

I really like this planter. The design is simple, clean... kind of exactly what I was hoping for. I went back and forth for a bit trying to choose the right style, honestly. But once I set it up in my room, it just fit. Looks nice, not too flashy, just a good overall look.

I ordered this plant because it looked really nice online, and I assumed it would come packed securely since it’s not exactly a cheap item. When it showed up, though, the box was crushed on one side and there barely seemed to be any padding around the pot, so there was loose soil all over the place when I opened it.
The plant did make it, thankfully, but a few leaves were bent and some were broken. I’m guessing this might just be how they usually ship them, but for the price, I really expected a bit more care and protection

I ordered a plant from Leon & George the whole process was straightforward. The website was easy to get around, and I liked being able to clearly see the pot options before choosing one. Checkout was smooth too, which I always appreciate because I hate feeling like I might mess something up or miss an important detail when buying something nice.

The only thing I would’ve liked is a little more communication after the order was placed. I kept checking my email because I didn’t want to miss an update or risk anything going wrong with the delivery. It all worked out fine in the end though, and overall I had a good experience. I ordered this plant because the website said it was around 4 ft, so I was expecting something with a decent amount of height. When it showed up, I was confused because it looked more like a small desktop plant sitting in a big pot than anything close to what was listed.
I know plants aren’t all going to be exactly the same, but the size was the main reason I chose this one. For the price, it felt misleading, and when I reached out to support, the response was just a generic explanation. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

For the price, I also would’ve expected quicker responses or a bit more urgency from their side. I ended up finding something similar elsewhere for way less, so it just didn’t feel worth it to me

The plant itself was totally fine, but the pot was a bit disappointing. It looked nice at first, well, mostly nice, but I noticed a few chips, and it felt flimsier than I expected.

I was disappointed with the updates. I barely got any, and when I did try to check or stay on top of things, it felt like there were too many steps involved for something that should’ve been simple

I followed the care instructions as best as I could, but they were kind of confusing. My plant still ended up struggling, and I immediately spiraled like I had personally failed an entire ecosystem. I wish the instructions had been a little clearer...

I ordered a plant from Leon & George the delivery went smoothly. They sent updates along the way, and it actually showed up on the day they said it would, which is always nice because that doesn’t always happen. The box had a little dent in it, so I was slightly worried for a second, but the plant was totally fine inside. It wasn’t the fastest delivery I’ve ever had, but it was reliable enough. I’d order from them again.

The delivery team brought everything in carefully it just felt like they knew what they were doing from the start. No weird issues or hassle, which I really appreciated.

The plant itself was really nice, so at least there’s that. The local delivery, though, was kind of a mess. The driver showed up way after the delivery window, and I had to text twice just to get any updates. Not exactly the smooth, premium experience I was expecting for the price, but I guess it got here eventually.

My plant arrived looking mostly healthy, which I was happy about. A couple of the leaves had some small brown spots and one got a little bent in the box, but nothing ridiculous. The soil was still in good shape, and after a day or two it perked right back up. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall I’m happy with it and would probably order again.
